When does ZenResale launch?
Soon — iPhone first, Android close behind. Email ty@zenresale.com with the subject “Notify me” and we’ll tell you the moment it’s live.
How do I add my first item?
Tap List in the bottom bar, add a photo or two (camera or gallery), fill in the name, category, cost, and price, then save. Your item lands in Inventory, ready to post.
Can I edit or delete an item?
Yes. Open the item from Inventory, then tap Edit to change anything (including photos) or Delete to remove it. Deleting also cleans up the item’s photos from the app’s storage.
Where are my photos stored?
On your device, in the app’s private storage. Nothing is uploaded to our servers in the current version — see the privacy policy for the full picture. Note this also means deleting the app deletes your inventory, so keep that in mind before removing it.
Which marketplaces are supported?
The app tracks listings across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, Kidizen, and Shopify.
Automatic posting and delisting is rolling out marketplace by marketplace, starting with eBay. Until a marketplace is connected, you can still track what you’ve listed there manually.
How does auto-delist work?
When a sale is detected on a connected marketplace, ZenResale removes that item’s listings everywhere else and shows you a per-marketplace result, so you never double-sell.
Is there a web version?
Yes — sign in at zenresale.com/dashboard with the same account as the app. The Chrome extension is how listing and delisting works on Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, and friends: it runs in the seller tabs you already have open.
What’s the difference between Free, Pro, and Pro+?
Same app on every plan. Free is 5 active listings and 5 Zen Lens scans per month. Pro is $9.99/month for unlimited listings and 20 scans per month. Pro+ is $13.99/month for unlimited listings and unlimited scans. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there anytime.
How do I change the app’s theme?
Settings → App Theme. Pick from eight themes — Dusty Rose, Zen Garden, Ocean Air, Lavender Fog, Golden Hour, Berry Bold, Midnight Thrift, or Graphite. The whole app recolors instantly and remembers your choice.
How do I sign in?
Email and password, or one tap with Google. Facebook and Instagram sign-in are on the way.
How do I delete my account?
Email ty@zenresale.com from your account’s email address and ask for deletion. We’ll confirm and complete it within 30 days. Your local inventory and photos are removed by deleting the app from your device.
