Terms of Use
ZenResale is a listing and inventory tool. We are not eBay, Etsy, Shopify, or any other marketplace — those sites have their own rules, and you stay responsible for following them.

The app
ZenResale helps you catalog inventory, draft listings, connect shop accounts, and crosslist. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and have the right to sell the items you list. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for fees charged by marketplaces, and for complying with each marketplace’s terms.
Subscriptions
ZenResale offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Pro — $9.99 per month
- Pro+ — $13.99 per month
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device account settings (App Store or Google Play), or from Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If you already paid on another device, use Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account.
Free plan
The free plan is limited (including active listings and Zen Lens scans). Limits and prices may change; we’ll show current prices in the app before you pay.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ZenResale to list prohibited, stolen, or counterfeit goods, to spam marketplaces, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product or connected APIs.

How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is. Marketplace outages, API changes, and listing failures can happen. We are not liable for lost sales, marketplace fees, or account actions taken by those platforms.
